3. Viewings.

• Property search – Thereafter the assigned consultant will immediately begin locating and presenting the requirements within ten working days from the brief.

• Viewings - Viewings will be arranged at the clients preferred time and day. • Secure the deal –The assigned consultant will secure the investment for the client thereafter supervise the process from exchange to completion.
