Burgeon provides digital management consulting and system implementation, helps enterprises for IT-based upgrading and accelerating digital transformation, and provides digital construction services for more than 5,000 institutions and enterprises, covering costumes and footwear, maternal and infant underwear, jewelries, food and beverages and other industries in the retail market.

After 25 years of development in the retail industry, Burgeon has established a team with nearly 1,000 personnel, excellent localization service capability and strong R&D and innovation strength. We have successfully developed enterprise-level ERP system, OMS order management system, store cashier system, and store management software and hardware integrated machine; successfully implemented more than 100 omni-channel projects, and accumulated rich experience in business mid platform and data mid platform in the process of exploring the digitalization of the retail industry.

Inception

Mr. Sun Yihui, who graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University, founded Shanghai Burgeon Software Technology Co., Ltd. in 1999, and developed the first software with independent intellectual property - "SPIDERKING" system.

In the 1990s, the whole retail industry was in an extensive development stage, and many enterprises still kept accounts by hand or with Excel forms, and they did not understand the significance of information management. However, Sun Yihui, after graduation from Shanghai Jiaotong University, had already started a business in the field of enterprise management software with two university classmates. In 1999, he founded Shanghai Burgeon Software Technology Co., Ltd., and the Company's first project was to develop POS software for the international brand ESPRIT China.

After 2005, the consumer market gradually took shape and brand competition became intensified in China. In January, 2021, Burgeon completed a B round financing for RMB 300 million
for continuing to develop mid platform products, and achieving the sustained and steady development.
